pricing includes mailing list rentals and data processing.
We address the postcards and presort the
data for discounted 1st class postage mailed under our mailing permit.
Quantities start at 500 with price savings for
larger quantities.

The hotline mailing lists we supply are rented

Mailings normally
go out
within 5
working days from our weekly deadlines. Below
each postcard is the mailing schedule.
Depending on
many factors including our list
tracking procedures,
your mail date may be day earlier or a couple days later than
our quoted mail date. On your mail date you will be sent a
sample of the postcard if you reside in the USA so you will know when
it arrives at mailboxes nationwide. We will also
email you a
paid invoice a couple days after your job is mailed to confirm your
mail
date.
List
Information
The biggest cost factor other than
postage is the cost of the mailing list rentals. Since we use
many different hotline buyer lists that have many duplicates between
the lists our cost factors increase as the size of the campaign gets
larger.
We are always testing new lists and rolling out to those
lists that look responsive when running stats. Usually, the
less expensive demographic lists do not get the best results.
